Floor help in receiving and soon that year ending up being machine operator and Lift Truck operator as well. We would also maintenance our storage rooms when we were done using them. which i stayed in that positions for 6 years.

Got moved up to shipping department loading/unloading trucks and containers. 3 years into that position i was promoted to Forklift lead which i stayed there for 2 years a total of 5.

May, 2017

Got an opportunity on being a shipping clerk (night shift) and got sent to Nogales, Arizona to our other storage we rent during our Mexico Produce season. I would check in/out drivers answer phone calls and work with sales and getting our produce moved. (FIFO)

July, 2018

I was selected into inventory control which is my present position today. I Led and supervised the inventory team, conducting training and setting appropriate schedules.

I also have experience on resolving conflicts between team members and addressed complaints or grievances.

Trained new staff on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures for rapid onboarding.
