  • MY MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WERE TO OPERATE THE MACHINES DURING THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION WE RECEIVED MEAT IT WAS COOKED IN THE COOKERS WHERE IT WAS PRECOOKED THEN WE WOULD TRANSFER IT TO THE OTHER COOKERS WHERE THE SEASONINGS WERE ADDED ONCE THE SEASONINGS WERE MIXED THEY WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE HOOPER WHERE WE PACKED THE PRODUCT IN 3 AND 5 POUND BAGS AND THEN THEY WERE SENT BY THE BELTS TO THE AEROFREZZE WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS FROZEN FOR 22 MINUTES THEN IT WAS PACKED IN BOXES ACCORDING TO THE PRESENTATION, I WAS IN CHARGE OF THE PRODUCTION PERSONNEL, I ORGANIZED BREAKS, WHEN THE PRODUCTION ENDED I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR CIP THE ENTIRE LINE OF PRODUCTION THROUGH THE COMPANY SYSTEM I USED 3 TYPES OF CHEMICALS CASTIC, ACID, SANITIZER, I WAS IN CHARGE OF OPENING THE PUMPS THAT SUPPLY THE MEAT, THE CIP FILTERS, I USED RADIO TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OPERATIONS CENTER ENABLE MODES TO PERFORM THE CIP CLEAN ALL PRODUCTION AREAS I WORKED 12 HOURS A DAY AND 4 HOURS ON SUNDAYS
