I take the skills I have learned from my previous jobs and apply it to my job. I work at the register and handle merchandising when they need assistance
I am currently the lead teacher at Building Blocks Learning Center. I been here for 9 months as of right now. taking the lead teacher roll has taught me more and help me more consistency and better communication, especially toward smaller kids. Being a lead teacher also taught me that organized and maintained detailed records on equipment use, materials logs and circulation activities.
During the school year after the children get out of school they come to the Carver Center as their afterschool program, we do homework, educational games. During the summer I work as a camp counselor as im having fun with the kids they are still learning and using their brains during the summer with worksheets and activities that I come up with that had to do with a previous trip or a activity we did as a group.
