As a certified tank installer, I also had to be OSHA certified I had to set petroleum fiberglass tanks per city or state codes, rules, and regulations. Once tanks are underground there needed to be pipe fitting and proper bedding for flow of supply. Operating large equipment for digging and trenching was to help get proper depth and width for state codes.
