· Supervise load-in and load-out for the day

· Prepare stage plots, input lists, and any other needed documents for the techs and stagehands

· Scheduling the runners and communicating the call times for shows

· Assist with advancing information from the client or tour

· Maintain and clean environment on stage and in the greenrooms

· Regulate and supply needed equipment for conferences and shows

· Repair any damaged audio, video, or lighting equipment

· Execute setup and striking of events

· Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met

· Assist with load-in and building of the stage

· Assist the tour with any needs throughout the day

· Help with changeovers during show

· Execute load-out and breaking down equipment
