Camryn Leith

Current graduate student studying Architecture at USF where I have become proficient in Rhino, Adobe Programs, AutoCAD, and more as well as gained skills in designing, model making, and drafting. Design experience at Tye Interior Design, where I excelled in project management and client relationship management as well as successfully contributed to client proposals and streamlined design processes. Committed to furthering my education in the Architecture field through hands-on internship experience.

• MORGAN LIBRARY ANNEX - a vertical building designed along the highline of New York City, as an expansion of the Morgan Library, as well as performing arts spaces; the project focuses on the implication of a program within a large scale construct, as well as the designing of the ground plaza
• PAYNES PRAIRIE INTERVENTION - a horizontal long house focusing on the expression of Floridian culture through a research center overlooking a prairie; the project explores usage of materiality, while incorporating a set program as well as the introduction to ADA guidelines
• CORE 2 WORK - explores the abstraction of architecture and the reactions between ground and node, as well as the communications between a multitude of interventions
• THE PHILOSOPHER'S GARDEN - a horizontal study focusing on the interrelationship between the ground and the intervention creating different spatial scales, as well as the manipulation of the nodes facades begin to create these spaces by peeling off of one another to create space.
• LE MACHINE DE PHENOMENON - a vertical study exploring circulation, systematic structure, and scale within a node and a ground which react with one another, embedding the two elements.
• UNDERGRADUATE PROJECTS - introduce the basics of design, exploring structure, spatial reactivity, tectonic and stereotomic interaction, and more
