The Department of Procurement and Material Management utilizes the primary electronic procurement portal. eVA links buyers and sellers via a small purchase electronic quote system called Quick Quote and through a virtual shopping mall that provides for Internet ordering via electronic catalogs on the Ivalua cloud-based platform using AI-powered Spend Management software.
