With over 30 years of service as a machine operator and Team Lead at New Era Cap Company, I have been responsible for troubleshooting machinery and addressing production issues. Throughout my tenure, I have led various teams, including the fire safety committee, ladder safety committee, MSDS team, Helping Hands fundraising committee, and the New Era Yes team, among other initiatives. My role also entailed testing new procedures and equipment, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their operation and the safety standards for their use. As a Health and Wellness enthusiast, I have acquired recent training in Health and Wellness Promotion and excel in connecting with clients through outstanding communication, active listening, and assessment skills. I am also experienced in administrative and documentation procedures.
