Oversee volunteer onboarding as well ongoing care & training for each Kids & Preteens volunteer teams.

Oversee ongoing communication with all GT Kids & Preteen families, including managing GT Kids & Preteens website content, Facebook & Instagram platforms to foster connection and community among staff, volunteers, and families.

Improved project efficiency with strategic planning, resource allocation, and time management practices.
Create/curate and develop curriculum for use at all campuses, including large group teaching, small group activities, and monthly resources primarily utilizing resources received/purchased (currently from Orange) with adjustments made as needed to fit our context.
Champion the small group driven vision and Orange strategy for children's programming for infants-6th grade at their campus in alignment with the overall mission, vision, and strategies of their GT Central campus and the GT Kids & Preteens team.
