  • Developed SEL strategies to improve student behavior school-wide and help teachers better manage classroom. Classroom PUSH-IN series most underserved groups in school (Haitian, Latin X, ESL, ELL, students.) Shared curriculum with entire school.   • Led efforts to boost student completion of FAFSA form with creation of annual FAFSA NIGHT workshops in collaboration with Kingsborough Community College Financial Aid Specialist. Collaborated with guidance counselors, teachers, staff, and students to support 11th & 12th grade students' challenges with college access & college financial aid support.
  • Led efforts to improve family engagement with increased parent outreach after mediation and tiered interventions.
  • Partnered with senior administration to create cohesive vision, led whole faculty PD on chancellor's day 2022 to rewrite school's vision & mission statements. Promoted school's CREED created from the revision of vision and mission statements (2023).
  • Co-create and facilitate student individualized behavior plans as apart of mediation agreements made between students.


  • Enforced clear school-wide disciplinary procedures to protect students and staff at scanning and dismissal;collecting contraband items and drug paraphernalia and securing items not allowed into the building for students. Coordinated smooth mealtimes and student transitions during lunchtime supervision and rendered staff support for schoolwide safety. Advocated for improved procedures of posting signs of items allowed and not allowed past scanning area.
  • Facilitated mediations between students and teachers.
  • Drafted and submitted OORS report. Wrote incident reports for medical cases, reported cases to Craig Edwards, notified administration of incidents, facilitated safe transfer of students to hospital via ambulance and or into parental care.
