With 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and 1 year experience as a Traffic Controller I excel in multitasking, handling stressful situations, and maintaining professional communication across various departments. I possess a solid background in logistics management and international logistics, shipping, freight and scheduling. My skills extend to software proficiency, including Microsoft word and Excel, Procore and familiarity with design tools like Revit and AutoCAD. My customer service expertise, problem-solving skills and excellent phone etiquette have been honed over the years, making me adaptable and efficient in meeting expectations. Currently, I’m also gaining valuable experience as a Project Engineer Intern, further enhancing skills in engineering and project management.
