*CT exams of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, upper extremities, lower extremities both with or without contrast

*operate Ulrich power injector

*start IV's

*operate I-stat

*move wheelchair & bed patients who are unable to ambulate

CT Room 2 Aquillion Prime

*stock room

*clean rooms

*call Environmental services with any needs such as dirty linen, trash, or spills

*CT exams of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, upper extremities, lower extremities both with or without contrast, CTA hearts, calcium scorings, vitrea workups

*operate Ulrich power injector

*start IV's

*operate I-stat

*move wheelchair & bed patients who are unable to ambulate

*Assist radiologists with procedures

1. lung, liver, kidney, lymph node, bone marrow biopsies

2. chest tube placements

3. abscess drainages

4. renal aspirations

5. CT fluoro

6. sterile trays

7. knowledge of instruments for each procedure

8. coordinating procedure times with specials nurses

CT technologist-

*implementation of CT protocols & procedures

*operate med rad power injector

*follow guidelines & protocols for CRA

*order & stock CT supplies

*work with siemens & contrast reps

*consult with radiologists for instructions when altered protocol is needed per patient diagnosis.

*maintain scanner maintenance with PM's with blue ridge x-ray.

*maintain CT orders, patient assessments, & consents

*Check creatinine levels for contrast injection
