To obtain the position of Poplar Bluff assistant superintendent of curriculum, where I can apply my 30 years of experience in the classroom and as a building administrator to continue to help the school district be one of the best in Missouri. I thrive in leadership roles, have strong ties to the community where I have lived since I was a child, and have the respect of my colleagues. I'd like the opportunity to make a difference.

• Leads PLC meetings at the building level each week with a focus on standards and curriculum
