Candace M. Crook, Educating America’s Homeless Youth through Reinforcement of the McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act, 6 Faulkner L. Rev. 395 (2015)., In this law review article, I provided my prospective on the importance of education for children, in particular homeless or transient children in the United States. The article focuses on the McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act, federal legislation passed in an effort to help homeless children not only get into school, but also provide avenues for the success of these children inside the classroom as well as when they become productive adult members of society.
