My husband I raised the funds to rebuild a rural hospital in the Serengeti. I was responsible for the construction and design of the operating theaters and radiology department. I trained and mentored junior nurses.

I was in charge of staffing and the running of 2 operating rooms. Also, in this role I assisted, circulated and recovered post operative patients. Maintained surgical logs and kept inventory of all supplies.

Oversaw staff of twelve employees as lead nurse injector. Trained new nurses to ensure high standards in care delivery.
