Cultivate professional relationships with parents and families, establishing availability for parent conferences when necessary. Collaborate with parents to address individual needs, fostering strong support system for each infant.
Ensure safe and nurturing environment for infants by maintaining clean and organized spaces.
Encourage positive behavior among infants through gentle guidance, redirection techniques, and consistent expectations. Boost early literacy skills by regularly exposing infants to books, songs, rhymes, and finger plays.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the classroom, leading to increased parent satisfaction with the center.
