My goal is to promote healthy brain development by strengthening parent-child connections, which buffers toxic stress. To achieve this, I develop methods that elevate emotional intelligence in young children, enabling them to succeed in school without stress, fostering their self-confidence and self-motivation, and equipping them with social-emotional learning and executive function skills that support healthy physical and mental development. This comprehensive approach has a significant impact on not only an individual's childhood but also their adulthood and future generations.
