Accomplishments

I was promoted to supervisor within the 9-1-1 call center. I handled numerous emergency situations including but not limited to, shootings, fires, death investigations, crashes, missing persons, and severe weather incidents.

Certification

I have my CPR certification, Emergency medical dispatch certification and have attended multiple trainings on active shooter responses, training new employees, and have my state license as a 9-1-1 telecommunication. I have also attended numerous other trainings throughout my 12 years.
