• Chronic patient care in med-surg units, adeptly handling all aspects of treatment from medication to wound care to monitoring for 4-6 patients per shift.
• Mobile pool RN adapting to multiple environments, at any hospital in the Bay Care system that has additional staffing needs.
• Delivered medications orally, rectally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and via IV therapy.
• Charge RN on a busy 26 bed dialysis unit for 1.5 years.
• Float staff for St Anthonys working anywhere from ER, ICU (stable patinets), PCU, and med/tele floors since 10/2020.

• The same as listed for TGH, except here I worked in a 13 bed Progressive Care Unit with multiple drips.
• Here I learned more about cardiac rhythms as well as drips/medications needed for corrective measures. We also assist with bedside cardioversions as well as ECHO with bubble studies.
• I also did relief charge nursing for PCU as well as the med surg floors if needed.
• Super user for lift equipment at this facility. I am also utilized as a hospital wide IV starter as well as a trouble shooter for other floors when issues arise with equipment such as CBI, chest tubes or wound vacs.
• Float to all units in this facility including ICU as well as ER when needed.
• Full time 36 hrs/week until 7/18 then PRN working at least 24 hrs biweekly.

• Clinical nurse for 4-6 patients on a 45 bed neurological floor that also had telemetry patinets as well as close observation patinets, leading to a wide variety of learning experiences due to the patients having a wide variety of diagnosis.
• Would assume role of charge nurse frequently as it was rotated between experienced staff. This gave me experience on how to handle difficult patient and staff issues.
• Strong leader for nursing personnel assigned to the unit/shift. I love teaching new staff. I would frequently teach mandatory yearly classes such as restraints protocols and proper use of lift equipment.
• Developed patient care plans, including assessments, evaluations and nursing diagnoses.
• Instructed patients and family members on proper discharge care as well as follow up care.
• Full time 36 hrs/wk until 12/15 then PRN working at least 24 hours biweekly.
