I have been in Account management for 12+ years. I have extensive experience in managing projects, sales and finance in the technology and telecommunication industry. I have held several positions at AT&T and project manager is one.
I have extensive knowledge in various financial and project managing systems. I was in charge of overseeing events and other important projects from start to finish. I worked with accounting and various other departments to insure the projects were executed in the most proficient manner.
I was handling small, large and government accounts. I oversaw inbound and outbound calls to collect outstanding payments. I also handled misapplied payments, payment arrangements, restoring services, billing disputes, and high-level bill explanations. I worked closely with project managers to make sure the company projects were funded and closed properly. In sales I had to establish rapport, listen, ask specific questions then offer products based on the customer. I was in charge of analyzing the current market and staying up to date on the products and prices of our products and our competitors. It was mandatory to meet or exceed quotas and metrics. It was imperative to insure I handled account management, follow up on leads, and assist with different technical issues. I had to be organized, detailed, and precise.

At Caterpillar my group oversaw researching and gathering legal documents, calculating, and analyzing to see if the customer was deficient or due a refund. If the customer was delinquent, we oversaw sending the proper documentation to the OCA and worked closely with them.
