  • Duties: Install major component on to floor units, test for proper operation and clearances of component installed.
  • Measure, cut and install the proper hose ends for AC system and charge system with R134a refrigerant and read refrigerant gauges for proper charge.
  • Mount engines according to schematics install air pumps and other components as needed.
  • Install fuel line from engine to fuel tank, mount test fuel system.
  • Use a hydraulic hose crimper to make hoses as needed of various lengths and sizes.
  • Install Linde HPV105-02r hydraulic direct drive single and tandem pumps, measure, cut, connect hydraulic lines to hydraulic cylinders, motor, and ensure the proper operation of each component.

  • Duties: Reading building prints, making detail measurements for various electrical components, conduit, and other internal supporting structures, before installation of components.
  • Feed single to multiple wires through electrical conduit ranging from ½ inch to 2 ½-inch conduit pipe to fixtures.

  • Duties: Line haul military grades equipment and other resource to and from service location with the Upper and Lower Peninsula
  • Inspect tractor and trailer before and after each trip. Which included lights, turn signals, tires for uneven wear and foreign objects, steering linkage excess movement, cracked welds, bent or small cracks in chains and binders, chips in windshield and mirrors and check all oils and before and after each trip
  • Check weather conditions each day
  • Make sure to have extra oil and fluid on hand if needed, and tool bag has the necessary tools for tire changes and repairs.
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with services tack mileage and fuel use
  • Ensure equipment and other transported materials are properly secure, and spaced to prevent contacted with each other
  • Perform routine stops every 150 miles to ensure the equipment is secure and in place.
  • Equipment transported have a GVW 48 thousand lbs. and greater
  • Equipment used to transport equipment, M16 tractor, M870 and M870A1 trailer with a transport weight of 40 tons.
