Instructed students in Vocational Nursing (VN) Program at TCC through classroom, skills laboratory, and clinical settings. Focused on teaching Maternal–Newborn Nursing and Pediatric Nursing to equip students with skills for safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. In addition to work within the VN program, I collaborate with other Workforce Education programs and support the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program through instructional and clinical education initiatives

Developed and implemented comprehensive nursing curricula to enhance student learning outcomes.

Facilitated engaging classroom discussions and simulations to promote critical thinking in nursing practice.

Mentored nursing students through clinical rotations, providing guidance on patient assessment and care techniques.

I serve as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor, teaching in both the accelerated online and campus-based Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. My instructional experience includes Foundations of Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, Community Health Nursing, and Capstone clinical courses. In this role, I facilitate students' integration of nursing theory into clinical practice while fostering the critical thinking, clinical judgment, and professional competencies necessary for entry into professional nursing practice.

Provided comprehensive nursing care to women across the lifespan in a variety of specialty areas, including gynecological surgery, day surgery, antepartum, and postpartum services. Served as Charge Nurse, overseeing daily unit operations, coordinating patient care, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, managing staffing and workflow, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting efficient unit operations.

Provided comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with medical-surgical, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions, utilizing evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
