Oversee the selection and administration of screeners, assessments, and evaluations to identify offenders' criminogenic risks, needs, and stabilization requirements. Ensure the use of standardized, validated assessment protocols for accurate data collection. Analyze data to determine the suitability of offenders for cognitive behavioral interventions and other services, both internally and externally. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized intervention plans based on assessment results. Streamline the assessment and placement process to ensure timely intervention.

Organize and facilitate a variety of training activities, including presentations, simulations, and role-playing exercises. Prepare and deliver instruction to employees on how to properly implement workplace policies, procedures, and protocols. Develop training course materials based on curriculum guidelines and maintain comprehensive records of the curriculum. Conduct needs assessments and oversee the planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of trainees throughout the training course.

Analyzed and evaluated high risk individuals’ need for: assistance, case plan development, set priorities and referrals to community based resource programs. Implemented effective supervision and case management based on criminogenic need(s) and special conditions pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth by the releasing authority United States Parole Commission; and District of Columbia Superior Court. Assisted with development and implementation of social science programs to advance community corrections and crime reduction. Debriefed and collaborated with executive management to address high risk supervisee’s community behavior impacting criminal law and/or technical violations relating to supervision. Collaborated with local, state and national law enforcement agencies to reduce risk of violence and supervisee’s criminal activity across state lines and within DC. Prepared concise, exhaustive and well-written reportsbased interprets of regulations, policy statements, laws, and statutes for noted releasing authority.

Serves as contracting Mental Health Provider averaging a 10-12 caseload for individual therapy. Assess clients' mental health condition based on client information, interviews, observation, assessment tools and collaboration. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment. Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnostic assessment, clinical experience and knowledge. Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities for a continuum of mental health services as needed.
