Leadership and oversight of the Adult/Community Services Division. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the Sr. Vice President of Adult Services to develop and operate systems and services across the division ensuring alignment of goals and objectives. This position entails developing and implementing the highest quality of service for families and the highest standard of compliance with appropriate regulatory and funding bodies. The position promotes performance results through implementation of department work plans which relate to division objectives and the organizational strategic plan. A final key component is the development and nurturing of relationships with key community constituents and partners.
