Customer service with questions regarding their property lines, interest in locating parcels to purchase or other matters such as encroachments on their property. Logging in and out any requests for verifications, merges and splits as well as all deeds being verified ort T-8' s on completed work. Learning to read metes and bounds to identify properties with the maps. Previous to mapping I worked in the Deeds and Exemptions department applying homestead and veteran exemptions as well. Processed open record requests, answered phones and email as well as providing customer service.
