I started as a PT Sales Associate in the Valencia, CA Store. I was promoted into a management position within the first year and became full time soon after. I made a decision to move to Scottsdale and was promoted into the Assistant Store Manager role at MK Scottsdale, Fashion Square. I assisted in leading the team and achieving company goals, while consistently a top seller for the store and company. My interpersonal skills have allowed me to develop relationships with customers that have resulted in significant client retention and sales. My experience and success with the business, has led me to my current role as Store Manager. I have had a significant impact on the business at MK Kierland commons The results of the store for FY24 were in the top 10% of stores for the company which led me to be a winner of The High Flyers annual SM Competition. The High Flyers event recognizes and honors those store managers that achieved top results for the company each fiscal year. My success comes from the years of experience I have had in the wholesale side of fashion, to running my own business, to climbing the ladder in retail. I recognize I can not achieve great results without a great team. I have been led by great leaders which have helped to mold me into the leader I am today and I lead my team by example.
