I have held several positions before I found my "calling" in education. My parents owned a successful chain of restaurants and I grew up in the business world as well as working in the chain. I have also held my real estate license and owned my own bead store. This provided me with extensive experience in all aspects of running a small business from basic accounting procedures to designing my own website. While I owned the bead store, I was also chairperson of the NH Coffee Festival, which had approximately 3500 attendees. I am a fast learner and have taught myself many other hobbies and activities, including the art of beading.
