Foundation Operations

- Oversee and manage teams for daily financial reporting and gift posting, gift acknowledgment and stewardship, financial and donor reporting

- Liaison with Corporate Finance department for monthly financials, fund tracking, corporate payback, and audit management with outside auditors. Work with Foundation president and SEI for investment portfolio oversight.

- Oversee production of reports to Senior Leadership and Board on progress to goals.

- Responsible for capital and operating budgets for the Foundation and Clara McLean House

- Work directly with Principal Gifts and Planned Giving officers. Develop and implement strategies for cultivating planned giving relationships with new and existing donors and prospects. Through data analytics, provide a pipeline of prospects from the Foundation database to both gift officers.

FirstHealth Hospice Foundation

- Developed and maintained relationship with FirstHealth Hospice Foundation Network members.

- Administered ongoing Network development and quarterly meetings (2004 – 2022)

- Increased Pottery Auction fundraiser by 100% in 2004-5. Planned and implemented event for 15 years directing and coordinating with community volunteers, raising $_____________ to support FirstHealth Hospice Operations

- Increased revenues for annual Light up a Life Program over 200% utilizing creative engagement through luminaria program and direct mail. Average revenue over past five years - $_______________-

Stepping Stones Campaign

- Implemented Stepping Stones communication and community relationship building during campaign through more than 50 in-home receptions over a 10-12 months during the campaign

Direct Mail Fundraising

- Manage and oversee donor database. Transitioned staff through team building and training in 2016 to enhance the usage, consolidate database processes and increase overall usability of data – to increase prospect and list management

Event and Communications Management

- Worked directly with Corporate Communications on all marketing efforts; creating communications to support all events and on-going donor communications. Average of 50 events per year - fundraising and educational/prospect development
