Dear Hiring Manager, Thank you in advance for your consideration and review of my resume. I have been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 25 years. I would love the opportunity to work for a company where I can optimize my matrix of experiences and management. I have 20 years in marketing and over 12 years of those have been in management. I have experience in marketing and management for: home health and hospice, home medical equipment, In-patient rehab, skilled nursing and long-term acute care. I am currently employed with Fair Haven in Birmingham as Director of Business Development where I am over the admissions and marketing departments. I am responsible for filling a 457 bed facility including residential and healthcare residents. I manage contract negotiations, vendor relations with home health, hospice and medical equipment companies. Over the admissions department, I supervise the marketing liaisons in the field and the submissions to managed care payors to secure authorizations for rehab. Previous to my work here, I worked with Signify Health as an Operations Specialist. Specifically, I worked in Value Based Care and the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Initiative with Ascension Hospitals of Alabama and Tennessee, physician practices, SNF’s, and HH agencies in AL and TN. I trained clients on our patented software service-Episode Connect and also helped them develop tools for best practices to improve continuity of care for all care settings.
