Twenty years of diverse experience in the hospitality and culinary industry including four years as the sous chef and pastry chef on the staff serving Florida governors Charlie Crist and Rick Scott. My experience also includes working in the restaurant industry, personal chef arena, catering business and as a pastry chef.
These experiences equipped me with professional and interpersonal skills that include business management, recruitment and personnel management, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, facility maintenance, participant engagement and service, and the ability to work under high pressure and time sensitive conditions. I have demonstrated success as a team leader, a team member, and individual contributor.
