Previous Experience

Twenty years of diverse experience in the hospitality and culinary industry including four years as the sous chef and pastry chef on the staff serving Florida governors Charlie Crist and Rick Scott. My experience also includes working in the restaurant industry, personal chef arena, catering business and as a pastry chef.
