I recently obtained my Master's degree in Special Education Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston at Victoria. I have 4 years of experience implementing behavioral plans and 2 years of experience collaborating alongside Board Certified Behavior Analyst while accruing my fieldwork hours. I am skilled in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments and documenting progress. I posses strong organizational and communication skills while handling multiple priorities and being a team lead for a team of therapists. Throughout my four years of working at Action Behavior Centers, I've gotten the privilege of learning from a group of well-rounded Board Certified Behavior Analysts dedicated to the advancement of client progress and implementation of evidence-based practices. My passion for providing high-quality services to both clients and families make me a quality candidate for the BCBA apprentice position.
