• Coaching and mentoring for other representatives
• Taking first level escalation/supervisor calls for irate situations
• Provide feedback to management on representatives
• Assist with development of new employees
• Conduct thorough research and analyze data
• Work in Facets, Blue2, BlueWeb, and Ernie
