Hello! Thank you for your interest! Quick history: I was a childhood model from aged 2 until 17. At 18 years old I worked as a talent agent for film / television/ stage at Leonetti Talent Agency in Hollywood for 9 years, then moved up from a talent agency to running the agency.The agency was dormant when I arrived at 18 years old Maggo Leonetti believed I could transform the old model agency from 1926 to film/ tv and stage . I did this with pure passion from watching my own childhood agent and reflecting ideas of change . I pulled the agency to the top of the Feild hired and fired and trained all staff . Kicked open the glass ceiling. As well as running the agency I was asked and sit on many non profits to plan and pull in influence entertainment company's and individuals to support their cause. Then 9 years later I was done at the top needing a new life change. I was approached by an executive for a job as casting director VP by Entertainment Partners, an Apollo owned company in Burbank, Ca. I started as a VP film/ TV casting director and moved to corp management running a staff with over 300 direct report people. Responsibilities included overseeing new film production accounts.training , team building .I was an independent deal-maker and put out "fires" during production conflicts.By the end of my years at entertainment partners my divisions always the happiest ones and most profitable and highest divisions of all the company.10 years with this company . I took a break from working and had a child. I started as a founder and CEO . I ran a "green" real estate development company .My goal to build a successful sustainable film and multimedia company for the global markets .With everything I had in me for 16 years, with up to 33 people. I learned about city planning, building and finance , I but together 1.8 billion of financial institutions and was ready to build . union negotiations, state and federal government law, and how to bookstrap a company from the ground up. I am not formally educated, just my bachelors degree .I having spent my school years working as a global child model , making friends that enabled me to go through doors most had been closed . I've had so much on the job training, I been tossed in the ocean as they say and I came out a surfer !! I am self starter, no fears, I can learn fast! But humble and wise to always ask for guidance when needed . I've started a book, partially about healing after losing my daughter at 29 years old and also about my global life journey so far. Also spent time as a motivational speaker on healing from grief.My Book is in the last editing stages. I am an avid equestrian, hunter / jumper , polo . I grew up on a surfboard in my extra time . Just moved to Hudson for the winter and big bear California for the summers . Seeking a position with happy good people! Peace to all! Thank you for the consideration!!!!!
