I was a host, food runner, and server at this restaurant. I was always helping out where it was needed and successfully greeted guests during rushes lasting 3 hours and a packed restaurant. As well as serving duties during those peak rush hours making sure my guests were happy and they had the best experience. Handling any complaints in a timely manner and food running to help out when it was extra busy. I was quick to greet my customers and helped them at their own pace while managing a high influx of tables. Created a high number of sales and customer satisfaction.

I worked at a coffee shop while I was volunteering at a farm over the summer. I manned the register taking a high volume of orders as it was the only coffee shop within 25 miles. I made smoothies, coffee, and handled bakery items. Accurate cash handling and efficient at sales, always communicating with my other co workers to get the best possible outcome. This was my first job I got while I was still in High School, I would work on weekends during the school year and picked up more shifts during the summer. I loved this job and enjoyed being apart of peoples special days and providing the best service possible to make any event smooth and timely.
