  • Taught training sessions with the Gulf Coast Council and CAS that included: fundamentals of field machining, tool geometry, operational and various application of field equipment
  • Such equipment used was: Wachs, Tri-tool, Aggressive, Mirage, H&S, Hydratight, and Climax
  • Built Job Safety Analysis documents that are directly prepared for use of operating wide range field machining equipment in deferent types of industrial settings
  • Consulted in the purchasing machine tooling and equipment, plus the lay out of Bechtel Welding Applied Technology Center's machining area
  • Involvement with Bechtel's Innovation Team, which includes integrating New River Kinematics SA metrology software to ITW's field eq., plus other achievements through out the piping industry
  • Designed and operate CAS's portable machine shop
  • Field Machining Unit supports a jobsite with direct onsite solution for all of it's construction entities
  • On-site problems are solved with a combination of my drive, knowledge, and capabilities to run the following F.M.U.'s eq: Kent 1740ML Lathe, Bridgeport Series2 Knee Mill with an Acurite CNC Console, Cluasing 618 Surface Grinder, and the fabrication weld center

  • Also has advantages in creating customized eq., attachments, as well as tooling for special onsite field machining and automatic weld applications
