Provides rehabilitation services and motivates program participants in a 24-hour residential brain injury rehabilitation center. Actively work with individuals in addressing cognitive, physical, medical, behavioral and psycho-social rehabilitation programming goals. Support program participants as they work to develop behavioral strategies to enable them to return to lives of personal meaning where they live, learn, work and recreate in their chosen communities.

• Trained thousands of military personnel and civilians on the newly implemented Military Health System Genesis
• Super-user for multiple locations throughout the West Coast regarding the adoption of the new military EHR system for two Go-Live's (MCAS Miramar and Everett, WA) from 2017 to 2023
• Conducted several EHR workflow trainings for MCAS Miramar including; enacting clinic-wide practices regarding the proper scheduling of patients within Revenue Cycle rather than SchApptBook (outdated application)
• Revenue Cycle is the preferred application of use, due to the need for accurate patient tracking and encounterable data measured.

• Worked actively with adult clients who are diagnosed with a developmental disability to find active employment within the community.
• Consistent development and outreach to businesses within the area to integrate diverse populations into the workplace through a variety of methods and concepts.

• Implement wraparound services to families and clients in need of immediate therapeutic interventions
• Provide supervision to residential associates by delegating tasks as well as aid in the daily oversight of the facility
• Coordinate scheduling to meet the needs of the staff and organization
• Provide evaluations for employees and help the facility prepare for multiple state inspections.

• Performed several job tasks including providing therapeutic interventions to residents within a 24-hour clinical setting, administer medications to residents and helping crisis patients cope effectively while disinhibited behaviors remained persistent.
