Interpret and understand Alaska Statue AS 47.05, regarding background checks on prospective individuals working with vulnerable adults.
Work closely with other state units (Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Adult Protection Services, Medicaid Fraud, etc.) to conduct joint unit investigations, regarding the health, safety and welfare of vulnerable adults.
