Manage and train 50 or more Culinary team members. Handle guest allergies or complaints,filling out daily HACCP sheets and nightly closing paperwork , writing schedules, ordering food products, Cooking along side my culinary team and assisting them when needed! Be a great leader and good example for my crew to follow for us to be a successful Fine Dining kitchen giving our guests the best culinary experience as possible!
