  • As Katrina was underway, Brush Country Claims, owned by a prior co-worker and friend was experiencing so many claims' problems, he called and asked me to assist in resolving large loss claims issues with Lexington Insurance, La
  • Citizens, and Trinity Claims Management, through Central Claims for his company
  • I took over the supervisor position of 100+ adjusters and 6 supervisors and spent a year resolving the poor service and over billing issues associated with all companies in La
  • I was able to work with the management of all the companies involved, resolve the issues, and get the firm paid more than 2,000,000.00 owed in unpaid invoices
  • I was responsible for all reinspection management, review off all claims above 50,000.00 and adjuster payroll approval
  • My agreement ended with payment of all claims
  • Bankers Insurance serviced the La

  • We began as a start up with one client, Bankers Insurance to handle all mediations and reinspection's for La Citizens
  • I assumed the role of President and put together a experienced team of 15 adjusters to provide this service until all claims closed and completed
  • I reviewed all reinspection's a handled a personal volume of mediation claims
  • I saw the need for a national cat company, began recruiting adjusters and soliciting other clients
  • I developed an accounting system with Dianne Nicholson, that was able to identify all claims, handling adjuster and his pay on each claim
  • At one point it serviced 225 adjusters
  • The company began to grow and grew from a zero start up to 2.2 million dollars annually and had a roster of over 250 adjusters handling personal lines property and commercial claims in Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, and Florida
  • We operated a successful day claim business in Florida, La, and Texas
  • I managed and supervised all team leads and randomly graded their product
  • After a successful year in 2017 there was an abundance of cash and the owners of the company became embroiled in a dispute of ownership, cash divisions

  • Managed all trucking, physical damage, Workers Compensation, and liability Claims for Temple Inland plus all industrial property damage and liability for 5 locations
  • Temple inland went self-Insured for all lines of insurance purchased my firm and I agreed to work for two years to help with the transition
  • I hired and managed their liability and workers compensation claims for all their facilities
  • At the end of two years, I chose not to move to their office in Austin, Texas
  • During this period, I personally did 1099 work for Houston Attorney who specialized in Medical Malpractice, Attorney and Accountant E&O
