Review end-of-day reports from crews, address any needs, and review job status. Plan ahead with crews to prevent any problems or concerns to avoid delays. Schedule crews daily and go over SOW, tools, and materials needed to safely and effectively complete tasks. Make job folders for forman and contractors. Prepare both internal and external reports on job status. Visit jobsites to monitor safety, compliance, equipment and paperwork. Accuracy on work, housekeeping, and progress. Walk the job with the forman or contractor to address any problems and give direction to help resolve. Inspect work quality and check plans for accuracy.
