  • As a Senior Operations Manager I am responsible for and work in partnership with my peer Senior Manager and support the General Manager. My responsibilities include developing and executing long term operational strategies, while shaping short term goals with the leadership teams. This includes daily production meetings, managing and monitoring production costs and identifying cost reduction opportunities. I have helped to shape site initiative’s partnering with support teams for quality controls and 5s standards.
  • In addition to my general responsibilities, I also support and lead quality initiatives in the FC as well as inventory controls. The Site has successfully posted consecutive favorable KPMG inventory audits over the past two years.
  • Some of my general responsibilities include.
  • Daily/Weekly analysis of production data from the site, reviewing key indicators and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Review and collaborate with leaders on continuous improvement strategies to ensure operational effectiveness throughout the FC
