Worked as a liaison for USACE as a QA over crews on the CA Wildfires project.

Observing and reporting of debris removal activities to ensure compliance with Government Scopes of Work, Safety Requirements and established the best management practices.

Collect and record data, wrote detailed notes on work progress and work completion, took numerous pictures to develop a comprehensive record for each property completed for debris removal activities, this information was entered into Survey 123 daily.

Document condition of the property, roads in the immediate vicinity, and public and private property on which crews work.

Collaborate with Government and third-party supervisors, crew foreman, equipment operators, archaeological monitors, safety officers, project managers and client representatives.

• Monitored progress of debris removal operations to ensure timely completion.
• Collected data on quantities, types, and locations of debris in designated areas.
• Confirmed that the hauling contractors are not collecting debris from private property.
• Made sure hauling contractors picked up eligible debris off roadway and private driveways, such as Veg/C&D.
• Ensure debris complies with federal regulations.
• Followed daily responsibilities given by supervisor and project manager
• Observed contractor loading eligible debris and issued a ticket for them to take to DMS site for disposal.
• Personal Property Debris Removal

• Ensured that all personnel were adequately trained in proper use of testing equipment.
• Supervised a team of inspectors in the completion of daily tasks.
• Compiled comprehensive reports detailing all aspects of inspection activities.
• Verified Fiber Cables Placed to each vault on the prints
• Verified everything had labels, and correct size was placed
• Identified any missing cables or incorrect placement of cable aerial/underground
• Update prints and notified contractors when construction can start.

• Provided excellent customer service by responding promptly to all incoming calls and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Developed strong communication skills while interacting with customers over the phone, providing technical support and answering inquiries.

• Monitored boards, and called ahead to customers to advise if techs are running late or need to reschedule.
• Supervised field techs to ensure they were meeting customer commitments and meeting productivity goals.
