This process included preliminary examination of RFP’s, evaluation for compliance with technical, quantitative price evaluation, and post-qualification process. Ultimately, providing a comprehensive subcontractor package for execution.
• Facilitated and orchestrated the weekly OAC. This included regulatory Team meetings and coordinated project progression.

Aligned successfully with an Aerospace Company to coordinate Design efforts and Construction Management to build out a 60,000 sq ft. of the Boeing Design Build Center in Everett, WA. On time and on budget at $5M
