Carla Diaz

Driven and observant, I excel in problem-solving and maintaining attention to detail, honed through my role at Lakewood Church Of God. My ability to work collaboratively while efficiently organizing tasks showcases my positive attitude and teamwork skills, contributing significantly to enhanced care and oversight of children under my supervision.

I won the academic all state award, and I got into French National Honor society last year which demonstrates my resolve towards goals and hardworking ethic.

I have been on the swim team since my freshman year of high school, this taught me how to organize my schedule in order to go to practice and competitions without letting it interfere with school and chores. As an upperclassmen and one of the older members, I am at times trusted with tasks such as handling equipment and teaching newer swimmers techniques on improving in the sport.

I'm in the Safe School Ambassador program at my school, this program is known for preventing bullying, mistreatment and making students feel welcomed, this program taught me how to handle certain situations efficiently using non-provoking responses towards aggressors, maintaining positive social cues with multiple people whilst observing others in order to note factors that could change to make a healthier school environment and making steps into conducting change.
