Obtaining insurance authorizations, conducting group orientations, determining fit into group, completing all paperwork, creating and implementing activities, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, facilitating group work and structure, communicating with parents, creating treatment plans, individual therapy with clients ranging in ages from nine years old to seventy-five years old, working closely with other clinicians.

Apply behavior plans, verbal de-escalation, communicate information and incidents to the Licensed Practitioners, manage day to day activities, create daily schedules in order to improve functioning in clients with a dual diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and another mental health disorder.
