Building Compliance Project Manager
- Establish and lead the Facilities Compliance team, overseeing compliance and inspections for 200 buildings in Santa Clara Valley.
- Manage all backflow inspections, testing, and repairs while collaborating with multiple local water agencies to ensure compliance.
- Serve as the service manager for all Santa Clara Valley elevators, responsible for maintenance, service issues, state inspections, and preliminary repairs.
- Maintain Area of Refuge Emergency Phone lines and Fall Protection data to ensure safety standards are met.
- Developed and maintain comprehensive compliance audit documentation, policies, payments, and data for all Apple Buildings.
- Act as a liaison between regulatory bodies and internal departments to facilitate regulatory matters efficiently.
