Caring for others is my passion and becoming a nurse was my dream.

I became a Mom at a young age, so it put my college dreams on hold. I took care of my daughter and worked jobs taking care of others while she went to school; but once she graduated she gave me the push and said, "Mom it's your turn." That was when I enrolled in Collin's Career Center and started my nursing career and got my LPN license.  And I am not stopping there, I will get my RN as well. My daughter and my stepdaughter are my reasons to follow my dreams.
