Summary

Knowledgeable, hard-working, and driven RN with over six years’ experience in multiple-specialty intensive care, progressive care, telemetry, and med-surg. units. Additionally, I was promoted to full-time unit educator of Critical Care by the CNO, after being solely recognized for diligent work ethic, patient advocacy, and strong assessment skills. Through my new role, I helped the hospital achieve Comprehensive Code Stroke certification. Additionally, I worked closely with the Infection Prevention team to implement and publish new, infection prevention policies- specifically focusing on reducing the amounts of hospital wide CLABSI & CAUTI’s. Prior to this position, I often precepted new graduates and nursing students, and fulfilled the charge nurse role. Nursing is my greatest passion in life. It is my great honor in life caring for all patients and being a strong advocate and voice for them in times of need.
