Responsible for communicating and updating customers on the status of their Long Term Disability claims. Collecting medical information and relevant data to conduct accurate and efficient claim decisions in a timely manner while maintaining an average caseload of 45 claims.
Assisting customer with general management of Long Term Disability claims and identifying risk during annual telephone call updates to ensure claims are being paid appropriately.
Function as a member of the health care team under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Assist with daily living activities to make sure the patient is taken care of. Supporting parents and/or patients in difficult situations.
