1. As a spiritual leader, consistently model's full devotion to Christ before individuals, groups, and families at Grace while remaining teachable. Presents an ongoing, biblically based lifestyle, is a member in good standing and a regular attender of Grace Church

2. Champions the overall church's mission, values, vision, and strategy and demonstrates a strong concern for those who are without Christ

3. Committed to “do whatever it takes” and thinking outside the box in order to help the staff team reach people and grow in faith.

4. Recruits, trains and deploys people for ministry and executes the process of moving guests to their next steps toward full devotion by:

a. Interacting with First Impressions team

b. Working in, training people for, and staffing Connect Services

c. Provide pastoral care for those attending church online.

5. Participates in the Digital Strategies team by helping to create resources our church uses to grow/share their faith, as well as creating engaging content to share the gospel with those outside of faith.

6. Develops the #forwaynecounty initiative, strategies and training each year.

7. Partners with and leads our Medina Campus to implement strategies within their context.

8. Develops and executes strategies for financial assistance to members of our church and community.

9. Partners to equip and train grace groups to engage in the #forwaynecounty initiative and other outreach opportunities.

10. Assists in the pastoral care provided to our congregation through visits and calls to hospital patients, nursing home residents, and those unable to attend.

11. Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
